Simbayanan is the convenor group of Sama Sa Roma: A Faith and Culture Jubilee 2025 Year Celebration for the Global Filipino. It serves as a multi-sectoral representation of the Church, the government, and the private sectors, working together to strengthen the identity of Filipinos worldwide.

The name Simbayanan is a contraction of the words Simbahan (Church), Bayan (Country), and Bayanihan (Community Spirit), encapsulating the collaborative efforts of these three pillars in the life of a Filipino.
